A floor finish that handles the work without excess

Not every commercial space needs a resin floor several millimetres thick. For warehouses, plant rooms and workshops with light to medium daily use, a good coating is often the sensible answer: dust-free, seamless, easy to clean, quickly applied and considerably more economical.

Comforcoat Industry consists of a bonding primer and a wear-resistant pigmented finish in the colour of your choice. The primer bonds to concrete at more than 1.5 N/mm2, with the concrete failing before the layer lets go.

Speed as the starting point

The system is roller-applied, so a large area is finished in a short time. The floor takes foot traffic after 24 hours, light loads after 48 hours and full mechanical and chemical loads after 7 days.

What to bear in mind

A coating follows the contours of the existing floor: unevenness, cracks and the texture of the concrete remain visible. Where a floor must be level or is seriously damaged, we recommend a system with a scratch coat or a self-levelling resin floor. For heavy point loads, chemical exposure or intensive wet cleaning we also advise a heavier system.
