Why Vloersch

What you are actually buying

A resin floor is not a product you order, it is a result that depends on the substrate, the schedule and the crew. These are the things that decide whether it lasts.

  • Our own crews

The people who survey the work are the people who apply it. Nothing is subcontracted out to a crew that has never seen the building, so what was agreed on site is what ends up on the floor.

  • One point of contact

One project lead from the first survey to the handover, and the same person you call afterwards. For work abroad that matters more than anything: questions do not travel through three parties.

  • A system per room, not per brand

Temperature, chemicals, cleaning method and traffic differ from room to room, so the specification does too. We would rather propose three systems in one building than force one across all of it.

  • We plan around your production

Shutdown is usually the largest cost of a floor. We work in bays, in weekends or in shifts, and use fast-curing systems where a room has to be back in use the next morning.

  • The substrate is measured first

Residual moisture, adhesion, cracks and contamination are checked before a single litre of material is ordered. Most floor failures are substrate failures that were visible beforehand.

  • Aftercare is part of the work

A floor that is repaired early stays cheap. We record the specification and the colour at handover, so a repair years later still matches what is already down.
