Stijn joined Vloersch in 2016 as a warehouse employee and learned the trade from his father. He worked through every part of the company, from laying floors to administration and project management. Today he is Managing Director, with final responsibility for financial administration, project management and the direction of Vloersch. His aim is to deliver the highest quality and give clients peace of mind, from quotation to handover.

The people behind Vloersch: a permanent team working from Vierpolders, the Netherlands, on resin flooring projects at home and abroad.
Lars handles sales and project planning: the first point of contact for new enquiries and responsible for scheduling the installation work.
Michal is project manager and planner. He directs the flooring crews, monitors the schedule and makes sure that installation on site runs as agreed. For questions about a project in progress, the project office is his point of contact.
Nayra looks after the marketing of Vloersch: the website, social media and the image we present. The work of the crew deserves a stage, and that is what she provides. For press, partnerships or imagery, Nayra is the person to contact.
How we work
From first survey to handover
The same sequence on every project, whether it is a production hall in the Netherlands or a hotel in the Caribbean.

Survey on site
We walk the space with you: what happens in each room, what is spilled, what is cleaned and how often, what the traffic is, and when the space can be closed.

Measurement
Residual moisture, adhesion and the condition of the substrate are tested at representative points, along with cracks, joints, drains and the transitions to walls and thresholds.
- 03
Specification
A written proposal per room: the system, the thickness, the slip resistance, the detailing at drains and skirtings, and the standards the choice is based on.
- 04
Planning
A phased schedule that says which part is released when and when you can load it again, agreed with your production or facilities team before anything starts.
- 05
Application
Preparation by shot blasting or grinding, then the system laid by our own crew, with the detailing done in the same pass rather than left for later.
- 06
Handover and aftercare
The specification and the colour are recorded, the cleaning instruction is handed over, and we come back for inspection and repair as agreed.
About Vloersch
Vloersch B.V. has installed high-quality resin floors for production companies, food processing and public and commercial buildings since 2011. Our team of permanent specialists works from Vierpolders, the Netherlands, on projects from the Caribbean islands to the Middle East.
We work with a permanent crew and supply much of our work directly to the end client. That keeps the lines short: you speak to the people who carry out the work. Each year we install over 25,000 m² of flooring across more than a hundred projects.
Aftercare is part of the job. If a small crack or hole appears after two years, we come by and resolve it. Our office and showroom are on the Seggeweg in Vierpolders.
