Certification and assurance
What is certified, and what is not
We would rather be precise about this than impressive. Two of these are certificates held by the company, one is a product declaration per system, and one is a guideline a floor can comply with.
- ISO 9001
- A certified quality management system: how work is prepared, recorded and reviewed, and how a complaint is handled.
- VCA
- The Dutch safety, health and environment checklist for contractors, covering how we work on site, including in operating plants.
- CE marking and DoP
- Each floor system carries a CE marking and a Declaration of Performance under EN 13813, stating what the system does: wear, bond strength, fire class and more.
- HACCP
- HACCP is a guideline, not a certificate a flooring contractor can hold. A floor can be built to comply with it: seamless, closed, cleanable, coved at the walls and laid to falls. That is what we deliver, and we say it in those words.
- NOA membership
- Member of NOA, the Dutch trade association for finishing contractors, whose terms and dispute procedure apply to our Dutch work.
