What we do with the contact form

The details you enter, being your name, company, e-mail address, country, your message and the page you sent it from, are sent by e-mail to Vloersch. They are used only to answer your request. They are not stored in a database on this website, they are not used for marketing and they are not passed to third parties for their own purposes.

Who processes it on our behalf

Lovable hosts this website and delivers the e-mail. It acts as a processor and only handles the data needed to deliver the message and to serve the pages.

How long we keep it

The e-mail stays in the Vloersch mailbox for as long as the enquiry and any resulting work require it.

Legal basis

Answering a question you asked us, and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.

Cookies

Only functional storage is used, being your own cookie choice kept in your browser. No measurement cookies are placed unless you accept them, and nothing of that kind is active today. More on the cookies page.

The typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address reaches Google when a page loads.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your details, for correction or deletion, and you can object to their use, by writing to stijn@vloersch.nl. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
