The look of timber, without the drawbacks

Real timber is beautiful but reacts to moisture, scratches easily and needs maintenance that is unrealistic in a shop or healthcare facility. Comforvinyl Terra gives the same warm look in a PVC project floor: wood grain and colour variation in the image, but cleaned with a mop and resistant to daily use.

Where timber carries the image

In a showroom, a restaurant, a waiting area or an office, the floor sets much of the atmosphere. A wood look gives a warmth that a plain synthetic floor does not.

How we work

We deliver PVC as a project: survey, substrate assessment, preparation, laying and the detailing around thresholds, door frames and skirtings. Collection, plank size and bond are matched to the space, as a long plank works differently in a narrow corridor than in an open showroom.

What to bear in mind

The substrate must be level, dry and clean; unevenness shows through a thin floor. With large areas of glazing, the colour may be perceived differently on the sunny side of the room, which we take into account in our advice.
