Comforpur 660 Uni

A floor without joints, in a colour that lasts

Comforpur 660 Uni is the calmest of our residential floors: a single even colour, matt finish, wall to wall without a joint. What sets a polyurethane resin floor apart from epoxy is its lasting elasticity. The floor feels warm and gives slightly, which you notice after a day on your feet in a home, a showroom or an office.

The system is aliphatic and therefore non-yellowing, and the matt topcoat contains UV absorbers. A resin floor next to large windows keeps the colour you chose, which is expressly not the case with epoxy.

Comfort you can measure

The self-levelling layer has a hardness of more than Shore D35, considerably softer than the D80 of an epoxy resin floor. That is where the walking comfort and the reduction in impact sound come from. For apartments and residential buildings a sound-reducing underlay in the AC or AC plus version lowers impact sound further.

The floor is suitable for underfloor heating, withstands common household and cleaning agents and has a wear resistance of approximately 31 mg in the Taber test with CS17 wheels. The topcoat has a low VOC content in line with the German AgBB requirements and is bacteriostatic.

What to bear in mind

Rubber releases plasticisers. Car tyres, rubber wheels and the underside of some rugs can cause discolouration, so we recommend felt pads. The floor takes foot traffic 24 hours after the topcoat, light loads after 48 hours and full loads after 7 days. Order all material for a project in one go, as working in phases can cause slight colour differences.
