Sika Ucrete BC4 DP10 is a heavy-duty 4 mm polyurethane cement floor system with a defined anti-slip profile. Back in use after 24 hours and applicable on concrete just 7 days old.

Made for process areas

Sika Ucrete BC4 DP10 was developed for wet and dry process areas in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical and process industries. It is a water-based polyurethane cement hybrid with a nominal thickness of 4 mm and a defined anti-slip profile.

  • Compressive strength 54 N/mm2 according to EN 13892-2
  • Flexural strength 15 N/mm2 according to EN 13892-2
  • Slip resistance class R11 according to DIN 51130, also in wet conditions
  • Reaction to fire class Bfl-s1 according to EN 13501-1
  • Temperature resistant up to plus 70 °C and suitable down to minus 15 °C

What that means in practice

The floor is liquid-tight and easy to clean, resists bacterial and fungal growth, and is odour- and taste-neutral, so foodstuffs are not affected. For an audit, these are demonstrable properties rather than promises.

Planning: two advantages that count

The system can be applied on concrete just 7 days old, saving weeks of drying time on a new build. And the floor is back in use 24 hours after application, which in a running plant often makes the difference between a weekend and a week of downtime.

Certification

Suitable for the food and beverage industry under the HACCP guideline, certified by Halal Certification Europe and awarded Indoor Air Comfort Gold according to EN 16516 for a healthy indoor climate.
